If your mouse doesn’t come with software to change the polling rate, or it’s locked to 125Hz, this guide is for you. We’ll unlock the full 1000Hz performance using a safe, signed driver. No permanent test mode. No complex hacks. Just plug, click, go.

🔧 Step-by-Step Setup

1. Disable Memory Integrity (One Time)

Even though this version is signed, Memory Integrity (HVCI) still blocks custom drivers.

1. Open Windows Security → Device Security → Core Isolation
2. Toggle off Memory Integrity
3. Reboot

Alternatively, check status in PowerShell:

2. Download & Extract

2. Extract it to C:\tools\hidusbf

3. Run the 1000Hz Setup

1. As Administrator, run:

   C:\tools\hidusbf\DRIVER\1kHz.cmd

   This prepares the configuration.

2. Then, as Administrator run:

   C:\tools\hidusbf\DRIVER\Setup.exe

3. In the window:

   • Click [Install Service]
   • Select your mouse from the list
   • Tick [Filter On Device]
   • Set Refresh Rate = 1000 Hz
   • Click [Restart]

You’re done! Your mouse now runs at 1000Hz.

♻️ How to Revert

1. Open Setup.exe
